Altbier Ale
5.2% ABV
Using proprietary yeast, our German Style Altbier has a spicy hop bitterness and nose that only noble hop varieties can produce. We add a dash of roasted barley and German red wheat malt to give it a nice amber haze. With the
yeast as the star of the show.
Barley’s Honey Brown Ale
6.5% ABV
A dark refreshing brown ale with a hint of honey sourced from our Master Brewer himself (Rich) and named in honor of Barley, Rich & Leah’s puppy who left us too soon. Cheers to Barley!
Kettle Sour
4.6% ABV | On Tap Only
We make our Kettle Sours by intentionally adding the bacteria lactobacillus from yogurt during the brewing process. This becomes the primary sour flavor component of the brew. However, with the addition of blackberries, you will get an additional hit of bittersweet overtones.
Caddis Fly Cream Ale
3.8% ABV | Seasonal
A nice summer ale for the hot days of summer of outdoor work/activities coming up. Also, at a lower abv/vol. and 19 IBU’s this one will be nice, smooth, and tasty after (or during) a day in the sun or if you’re headed to the river for fishing or a float.
Coffee Porter
6.0% ABV | Seasonal
Always working to use local coffee roasters, we search out the best medium dark blends available. This creates a smooth balance between the malts of a Porter and the rich flavor of coffee.
Cute Little Blonde
4.4% ABV
This blonde ale is lightly hopped throughout the boil with Willamette hops. Not for the hop head, this ale is quite smooth with mellow malty sweetness.
Double Tap Maple Porter
6.5% ABV | Very Limited
Our seasonal Double Tap Maple Porter can only be coaxed out of sugar maples once a year. A true “Tap the Trees, Tap the Keg” ale, we only use 100% sap, no tap water. Take your time savoring the slight sweetness of pure maple goodness, surrounded by earthly undertones, finishing with the full body of roasted malts.
Full of Scots – Scottish Ale
8.5% ABV | Collaboration with Scotlander Brewery
The Collaboration Brew with our friends at Scotlander Brewing in Argyle, NY. A full-bodied Ale with just enough hops to carry all the chewy malty flavor, hints of Dark Cherry, tons of Caramel, Creme Brulée and just a little nutty with a balanced finish. It’s a wee heavy and Tastes like Freeeeedooooooom!
Hop to It IPA
5.9% ABV
Our IPA is created with a special blend of New York and Northwest hop varieties. It starts with resin, pine, rich caramel, toasted malt, and muted citrus. Underpinnings of caramel malt, tobacco, and toasted bread crust take over the palate with a lightly bitter, dry finish.

Mango on Main starts as a Kettle Sour by intentionally adding the bacteria lactobacillus from yogurt during the brewing process. This becomes the primary sour flavor component of the brew. The addition of mango puree gives the sour adds a pleasant mango sweetness that creates a perfect summer ale.
Oat Me Stout
4.8% ABV
Oatmeal Stout with its beautiful dark color delivers a roasted character and sweet taste, the oats add a silky smoothness and full body to the mouthfeel. Pours dark, drinks smooth.
Peach Kettle Sour

This season ale is made with pumpkins from local farms and prepped by our very own brew crew. Tasting like a light malt slightly spiced pumpkin with hints of cardamon and cloves.
RaspBlurry Ale

This Nice session ale is a fun, late summer/early fall ale made with fresh-picked sour cherries, blueberries – and of course – raspberries.
River Run IPA

Brut IPA is a very special brew. Borrowing its name from the wine world – brut means very dry – this beer boasts a very dry and crisp finish, with a fruity aroma and gentle bitterness while keeping the beer light in body and color.
Rough & Ready No.2 Red Ale
5.0% ABV
Named after the oldest Hand Pump Fire Engine in the State of New York. Our Irish Style Red Ale has a moderate caramel malt flavor and sweetness, finishes with a light taste of roasted grain, which lends a characteristic dryness to the finish.
Stumbler Brown Ale

Stumbler Brown is a welcome ale on the cooler nights that only the Northeast can bring. Look for a rich, robust malty brown ale with notes of dark chocolate, dark coffee, and the slightest hint of Cherrywood smoke.
Summer Shandy Ale

A nice light blend of our very popular Cute Little Blonde and organic lemonade. A little sweet and very refreshing, it won’t tire you out. This one will be nice, smooth, and tasty after (or during) a day in the sun or if you’re headed to a party with friends and food.

This American Pale Ale is a NY beer through and through! Using NY grown barley, layered with light caramel notes and bittered with locally grown Nugget and Cascade hops.
