The Washington County Fair runs from August 22nd - 28th  But you want to come by on Tuesday August 22nd at 4:00 pm to the County Bounty Building for a one day only tasting event. Our 12th annual car show! All proceeds benefit the renovation of the Ransom Stiles House into a community center for history, arts, community and culture. All years, makes and models are welcome. End of the show - cruise down Rte 40 to the Washington Center to delight the residents (this was an awesome give-back to the community last year, residents of the home loved seeing the cars!) and then on to Argyle Brewing Company in Greenwich.

All spooky sets are created and haunted by local volunteers and all proceeds go to the renovation of the Ransom Stiles House into a Community Center for Argyle. The Stiles House is a beautiful example of Federal Style architecture, rumored to be part of the Underground Railroad in Washington County since owner, Ransom Stiles was an abolitionist. 4th Annual Holiday Lighted Tractor Parade to be held on Saturday November 18th, 2017, sponsored by the The Greater Greenwich Chamber of Commerce.
